Accordingly, it has established itself as the only company that exports to the US, Japan, and EU medical advanced countries.
Our government has also chosen the Dobu Mask. During President Moon Jae-in's official visit to the United States for the Korea-U.S. summit, the Dobu Mask product was selected as the official mask for the visiting group. President Moon also wore a Dobu Mask during his visit to the U.S. and completed official schedules.
Dobu Mask has been reborn as a mask specialist in charge of manufacturing raw materials for masks, manufacturing of masks, and distributing masks. In the future, it is expected that not only exports, but also the domestic market for masks, full-fledged sales of raw material MB filters, and product products used will expand.
The global medical and health mask market, which was about $32.6 billion in 2019, grew to $189.2 billion (about 211 trillion won) last year. Even considering that last year was a special situation due to COVID-19, the global disposable mask market is expected to reach $66.6 billion (79.2 trillion won) in 2025, more than double the size of 2019.
Dobu Mask's N95 mask is the highest level surgical mask recognized by NIOSH in the United States and is expected to grow along with the growth of the global mask market. It is estimated to increase more than tenfold from $800 million (890 billion won) in 2019 to $8.3 billion (9.24 trillion won) last year, and is expected to nearly triple to $2.2 billion (2.45 trillion won) in 2025.
